Accent Food Services Expands West With Ace Vending Merger
Ace Vending Inc. and Accent Food Services have completed an asset purchase agreement to bring Ace Vending Inc.’s strong customer relationships and sophisticated technology into the Accent family. This transaction represents the largest for Accent and will expand our Western U.S. presence under Accent’s West Division. The ownership group of Kevin Van Hazel, Wade Stooks, Chuck Walton, & JD Stooks will all play key roles in the continued success of Accent’s West Division. In addition, we expect that the entire Ace Vending service team will join Accent and continue to provide the highest-level service to customers as part of the Accent team.

Pflugerville celebrates Accent headquarters groundbreaking
Pflugerville officials welcomed another company’s headquarters to the city with the Thursday groundbreaking of Accent Food Services new corporate headquarters facility.
The company is one among more than five in the past two years that have moved their headquarters — some regional and some corporate — to the city.
“We were talking about a regional headquarters in the beginning and that’s the way our performance agreement was written. But guess what? This is going to be their corporate headquarters,” said Amy Madison, Pflugerville Community Development Corporation executive director.

This will serve as Accent’s fifth acquisition within this past year.

Black Tie Vending Services and Accent Food Services have completed an asset purchase agreement making Black Tie part of the Accent family. This transaction represents the largest for Accent and will establish an East Coast presence under Accent’s Mid-Atlantic Division. Scott Meskin and the Black Tie Vending Service team will remain on board with Scott leading the charge as Division President.

Accent Food Services (AFS) has completed an asset purchase agreement and will integrate High Sierra Vending & Coffee Company with its existing operations. Jeff Johnson, Founder and CEO will join the Executive leadership team as Vice President, High Sierra Division. Mark Gregory, Director of Sales, will lead the customer retention and new business sales. This is the third transaction AFS has completed in the Reno/Sparks marketplace this year.
